In a research note published yesterday, the analyst mentions that the company has tightened its EPS guidance for F3Q06 from $0.58-$0.61 to $0.59-$0.61, including the dilution from the Gillette integration. Procter & Gamble has indicated that it is likely to achieve the middle point of the sales growth guidance for the quarter. The company has also narrowed its organic sales growth guidance from 5%-7% to 5%-6% due to a decline in customer inventory and decelerating growth in Eastern Europe and Asia.

He now has about 30 per cent of his portfolio in utilities, including National Grid Transco and Centrica, and 20 per cent in tobacco, both of which offer growing earnings.”

Don't get me wrong; nothing wrenches me out of a funk like my baby girl, smiling at me like a wide-mouthed bass. How could I be down with this miracle of life that my husband and I (and God) created? Many women can't have children and would gladly trade in their hourglass figures for a biological child and a butt like the side of a barn. But my baby is getting older and wiser. She sees what I put in my mouth and wants it, too. I don't want to rain on her beautiful parade. She will learn that a good walk down a path canopied with green trees is far preferential to a donut, most of the time. Why does this make me want to be healthy, for her but not me?
