His extensive experience in the health care industry includes business development, commercial and government product design, sales and marketing, clinical programs, community relations, product management and finance and health plan system operations. He was most recently the CEO of UnitedHealthcare of Northern Ohio. Sullivan is a former president of QualChoice Health Plan and University CompCare. He has held several positions in healthcare management including a previous role as regional vice president of Sales and Marketing for UnitedHealthcare in Ohio.
